The EDUCAUSE AI Webinar Series is a five part series. Each webinar dives deep into the latest innovations, practical applications, and future trends of AI, providing you with the knowledge and tools to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Part 1 features two insightful sessions focused on enhancing AI literacy in education:

Session 1: Developing a multi-layer capability curriculum for AI literacy

David Parsons will introduce the Scaffolded AI Literacy (SAIL) framework and provide a structured approach to developing AI competencies for all learners. Participants will gain valuable insights into the four levels of the SAIL framework and how it compares to the UNESCO framework, along with practical examples of learning activities.

Session 2: AI Literacies for a New Era of Learning

Angela Gunder and Nicole Weber will explore AI literacies for a new era, emphasizing the integration of cultural, creative, and critical literacies for an AI-driven future. These sessions will equip educators and policymakers with essential tools and strategies for fostering AI readiness.
